However I choose to remember it, this trip is a significant one in my life. After cutting a farewell cake earlier in the afternoon @ the Guildford Superstore on March 10th, 2007 with a 10 1/2 year tenure with the company. Then having dinner @ home with my family, I boarded a plane with Jeff Choo just after midnight, prior to Daylight savings time to go on my long awaited journey home to Asia. It was nostalgic as I was in disbelieve that my goals for this year is becoming a reality. The sense of achievement feeling is a natural high.
My tour begins with Jeff in Singapore & Thailand. We then part ways from Bangkok as he heads to Miri while I head to Kota Kinabalu, both in Malaysia. I will be touring Malaysia & Brunei visiting relatives, then meeting up with Kenneth in HK on April 10th. I'm @ the end of my days in Miri, as I'm heading to KL tonight. By the end of this trip I'll have visited close to 12 different cities and just under 2 months away from Vancouver.
This will be my first trip home since immigrating to Canada. I want this experience to bring me back to my roots, making it a self realization trip. I've been long awaiting to come home for the longest time. This trip will certainly make me realize and appreciate who I am and what I'm able to accomplish when I get back to Vancouver.

After this trip is a start of a new life. I'm changing everything from my career, lifestyle, & to my residence. Yes, I am moving downtown! Robson & Thurlow baby!!!
